Work Method

Regardless of the magnitude and the requirements of a project, our engineering team examines the specification (if available) and bill of materials to make sure that the products specified conform to the most current standards and codes applicable to the facility. Should any corrections be done, our competent and experienced team of engineers will make the necessary corrections in order to offer our clients working systems. The experience of our team of engineers is evident in our comprehensive and detailed proposals. We usually perform most of the hardware scheduling and engineering work in order to arrive at our proposals. Upon receiving a letter of intent we proceed with the preparation of our submittals which include the following:

  • Product data (catalog cuts and templates) for each item describing the size, finish, function, and installation methods.

  • Specification compliance/comparison sheets.

  • Shop drawings showing pertinent details of the proposed materials.

  • Tagged and labeled samples illustrating colors and finishes (if applicable).

  • Guarantees, warranties, and test certificates.

  • Manufacturer's installation instructions and manuals (if applicable).

  • Door Hardware: Complete hardware schedule in accordance with Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) procedures.

  • Door Hardware: Complete keying schedule in accordance with Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) procedures.
